Does anyone play Halo 2 here?

I play it with my kids, but they ALWAYS kick my butt.

I don't understand what the problem is...I should be kicking THEIR butt.

Any suggestions?

That happened to me once.
I took the game and console to my room for a month, and then gave it back.
Whether it was the extra practice or they just clued in, I don't care. They haven't beat me since.

Don't ever try to play against a kid, any kid, on an electronic game. Unless you like to suffer. 😞

Why shouldn't I be just as good as they are?

I protest...and I will have revenge.

I will search out the coveted Energy Sword and hunt each one down, one by one. 😠 Until they ambush me with the Ghost, shoot me down and steel the Sword for their own. 😞

That reminds me... I absolutely HAVE to finish Halo 1 that I'm playing. GEEZ! I'm falling so far behind! 😞

Concede. Now. While you still have a shred of dignity left.

They're kids. Tons of free time. Nothing to do but play and play and play until they get so good they can shoot the goggles off of a grunt on a warthog at 300 meters.

I learned the hard way when I got punked out in multiplayer by all my young cousins. They're sitting with 30 kills each and I've got like 5. Oh, the humanity.

Play whenever you can when they are not around. Throw as many grenades as you can at the same time you are shooting. Just work on the basics first, the rest will come. You don't want to give up before you see the look of suprise and dispair when their old man beats the pants off of them, do you?

It's because kids today grow up playing video games from such a young age! Some of you older guys were around when things like Pong just started coming around! Kids today grow up with this stuff it's like second nature to them! I mean I tried to get my dad to play Madden football with me, he got pissed and said I'll never be able to play this! And yet my 8 year old brother tought himself how to play and he's not that bad either!
