If he was a serious threat to Mayweather we'd have seen a lot of him by now. That's usually why they hide the guy .. so everyone doesn't know what a punching bag he is.
What i've seen of Brit boxers is .. they're tough and willing, but lack the speed and skills to match up with such as a Mayweather.
That .. and they bleed a lot.
If Hatton is true to form, he'll walk into a hale of slashing jabs/hooks and a few straight rights that will open his face like a can of tomatos.
He won't get hurt .. he'll just bleed a lot until they stop it .. then you can say how he woulda, coulda, shoulda, if only .. he wasn't a bleeder.

So you haven't seen alot of him then?????? So who are you to judge!!!
As i've said before in this thread Hatton's a human tank and will roll over Mayweather as if he's not there...
Can't wait now and the support for Hatton in Vegas will be arwsome..

Who am I to judge?
Same as you .. and interested observer.

Don't need to see a lot of him, as I say, I assume he's the typical Brit boxer .. tough and willing, with skin the thickness of a tissue.

Human tank? LOL .. ever seen a bullfight?
He'll be slow and he'll bleed. He probably won't quit, but he'll never look quite the same again.
I wish the kid well, I don't like Mayweather as a man at all .. but as a pro boxer he's probably the best around right now. Very fast, very accurate, and very hard to hit.
Tough combo for a human tank to handle.

Remember Clubber Lang in the Rocky film..... my prediction for this fight is "PAIN" body body body... can't breathe can't fight....

They've been hiding Hatton? His last three fights have all been in America and prime time on HBO. If they were hiding Hatton he'd have stayed fighting in the UK. And let's not forget last time out he destroyed Castillo in 4 rounds, the same Castillo that has twice gone the distance with Mayweather and arguably should have won the first one.

The fact that you haven't seen him fight is more down to your ignorance than Hatton hiding. Like I've said I believe that Hatton will lose but your arrogance and ignorance is astounding. In fact I'm beginning to think you might actually be Floyd Mayweather as the same kind of crap comes out of his mouth.

Listen to the crowd before between rounds and afterwards, and pay close attention to the punch that finishes the fight - awesome.

Soon as it started I remembered .. I did see that one.
Just wasn't memorable to me other then the finishing body shot. That was pretty good, don't see that very often.
That's what we call a set up fight here in the States. A promotion to find an opponent for a guy who's gone through everyone else .. Mayweather.
Hatton will bring a good payday for both fighters and the Casinos too.
Mayweather has run out of opponents. Unlike Roy Jones, who never took on a serious challenge, Mayweather's run the table.
Hatton looks like he's made for Floyd, he'll come in try to make a brawl of it .. and Mayweather will dance around and make him look like a fool while cutting him to shreads. 5-10 rounds of beatdown and bleeding with occasionly flashs from Hatton. He'll try. He'll try hard. He'll show a lot of heart and he'll even be able to make the argument that Mayweather never hurt him. Should resemble Mr. Potato .. with lots of catsup.
...................

BTW, I hope i'm wrong, i've never liked Mayweather as a person and would love to see your guy take him out cold. Just don't see it happening unless they go for the big money rematch in GB. If that's the set up this should be a great fight, maybe some controversy, create some more buzz for a rematch.
It's a classic match in that it's boxer v puncher. In this case I expect the puncher to die the death of a thousand cuts .. on his feet and pissed off.

Did Mayweather fight Kostya Tszyu?

No, although there were some rumours about such a fight even after he lost to Hatton. Don't think we'll see Tszyu again unfortunately.

Tszyu was by far Hatton's most impressive fight. You cant compare the Castillo of 2007 to the lightweight warrior of 2001-2005. Tszyu on the other hand was still at the top of his game as one of the all time greats at 140.

Your probably right about Castillo not been the fighter he was but it was still a class display by Hatton.
I disagree that Tszyu was at his his peak when Hatton fought him. He was 34/35(? I think) and on the wane. 2001/3 he was the dogs nuts and up there for the pound for pound mantle. I agree though, Hattons best win to date.

Your right, his peak was probably his win over Judah, but still a great fighter and looked very strong still in that fight, Hatton went toe to toe with him until he couldnt take it anymore and quit.

Superb right cross! Not sure what's funnier, Judah's famous jelly legs or Tszyu's ponytail 😵
