I used to be quite good at volleyball. When I lived in Cincinnati I played in several sand volleyball leagues.

It was legit -- the pep rally to kick of Catholic Schools Week. We play to win. The gym was all decorated for tomorrow night's Casino Night (I can't wait! 😀 ) and the ball would go up into some of the decorations and then slowly fall, or it'd go through dangly decorations. Between that and the screaming kids cheering (I think!) it was a bit of sensory overload. When we play the 8th graders, we play to win. We're nicer to Kindergarteners. 😉

I'm hoping when it's warm we can challenge them at kickball. That's one of the few sports I can play!

I'm already anxious for Spring. It is -4F right now, and is supposed to reach -20 tonight. 😕

🙁 Cold is not our friend! I'm tired of losing about 45 minutes a day for kids to put on and take off snow pants, boots, etc. I look forward to going back to the arguments about whether or not it's coat weather.
