Definitely not for breakfast, but they are good for either lunch or dinner. Very nice together with scrambled eggs.

You have to admit that the picture doesn't look very appealing. What's that horrible stuff in the background?

mmm! yumm! I love them with either scrambled or over easy. Eggs aren't just for breakfast either.

I had to look up "over easy"... I am not a big fan of fried eggs, but if I have them at all, it's certainly not for breakfast.

Eggs are a very popular breakfast food in may households.

My birds like their eggs still connected to the chick. If there's a category before over easy, that's probably it.

In America there is a difference between a fried egg and over easy. In a fried egg the yolk is broken and cooked completely. Over easy the yolk remains intact and is warmed but not cooked (runny). I love them๐Ÿ™‚

Wikipedia lists both kinds as subcategories of fried eggs. I am not sure I have ever had fried eggs that were fried on both sides (which apparently both the ones you call fried eggs and the ones called "over easy" are). Isn't it difficult to turn it without breaking the yolk?
