I decided to make it past 100.

However I have done absolutely nothing to guarantee that goal. Hopefully they will discover someday that sedentary stoners live forever 🙁.

Don't move to India. If they burn you on a funeral pyre, the neighbors for miles around will get a contact high.

now this is more like it. recent surveys that people have posted here have told me i only had ten years to live, or that i was extremely seriously depressed. this one says i'll live another fifty years, or nearly.

of course, the other surveys did ask lots of questions about my health, lifestyle and behaviour, whereas this one just asks my age and pensionable age.

hm.

So, I put in my date of birth, and expect to ritire at age 58.
Life expectancy 84.6 years.

So I changed my retirement age to 55. Expectancy was the same.

So I put in retirement age at next birthday... same answer...

Hey, Boss!!!! I QUIT!!!!

Mine comes out to 86. 🙂
there are betters one which asks you for all of your detailed stats including habits, parents, genetic stuff etc then gives a more considered answer: http://www.tiscali.co.uk/lifestyle/calculators/life_expectancy.html
its graphically a bit confusion, but has some interesting factors.
if you smoke up to 20 cigarettes per day, itll only cost you two years off the end of your life, but drinking up to 21 units per week will restore those lost years. thats cheered me up 😀

By that scale I'll live to be 80, but that's still a depressingly long time. 😕 I'd better hurry and get a book published so I can at least do something fun -- travel or something.
