For me its 10,061 days.

We spent about 3,000 of them in Japan, although that seems like a lifetime ago.

22 years though really 18 years followed by a 4 year acrimonious divorce that cost me £15K.

Friends now the dust has settled mind.

I got married the day after Michael Jackson died in 2009.

At my pre-wedding dinner (the day of his death), there was roughly a 10 minute span where everyone stopped focusing on our wedding celebration and just had their phones out talking about news of MJ's death.

I remember just shaking my head in amusement at how I was such a big fan of his since I was child, only to get upstaged by him at my own wedding. Of course, we played Michael Jackson during the reception.

14 years and counting

And as we have all been raising hers mine and ours kids together - both Mrs. Anityas get along famously. We live in the same small town and they like gardening together.

The first Mrs. has a 16-year-old daughter from her second marriage. She likes our house and is here hanging out every weekend - I am teaching her how to drive ...
