What? Couldn't you find a pointed stick? Nothing worse than being at a weinie roast without your stick.

Edit: Almost every year, usually in June, some idiot starts a fire in Halifax (not uncommon throughout Canada). Often some tool that wants to make some money fighting the very same fires he started. The economy is pretty unstable so they probably started early this year.

    Internet = Carte Blanche

I'll do or say whatever I can get away with under the loose rules of the site. This isn't real life VR. You can treat it as such if you want, but, even that is a fantasy. It doesn't matter to me that you don't respect me.

You reap what you sow, no more needed to be said.

You are a rude arrogant S.O.B. and there are real people here with real feelings, time you woke the hell up, and quit being such a jerk.

People lost homes in that fire, nothing funny about it. Time you grew the hell up.

Acting like a bad teenage kid all the time becomes stale after not very long.

Perhaps the TOS should include not making fun of people who lost homes in a fire. I would assume the Admins would have figured people would have more common sense then than to do so.

Get over it VR, the righteous indignation act is getting old. You're an obnoxious SOB yourself. You like a fight and try to stir one up every opportunity you get.

I'll make fun of who and what I feel inclined to. I'd suggest you take your own advice and ignore my posts.

Your childish behavior gets really old, with shock value added is what stirs the pot, making fun of decent people who lost their homes in a fire. Perhaps if the shoe was on the other foot (YOURS) you wouldn't think it was so damned funny.

I am surprised you don't see what a jerk it makes you out to be, because others certainly see it.

Tragedy strikes every day Rusty, I'm not burying my head in the sand, nor am I going to cry myself to sleep at night. If something like this happened locally, I'd do what I can to help my community and protect my friends and family. You don't know me and you're in no position to judge me you sanctimonious prick.

Back in the late 90's I lived, worked and went to school in Toronto where I aggressively supported the Ontario Food Bank and volunteered with several homeless youth groups out of UofT to get kids off the streets and into educational/trade programs. I had friends in the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty and in 2001 helped an associate I went to school with raise funds to support the start of the Halifax CAP. I don't agree with the OCAP's ultra socialist views, but, I did support their efforts to feed the hungry and secure public housing.

You still don't have a decent shelter in Halifax, children die of hunger and people freeze on the street in your town for God's sake. You're worried about a couple of houses burning down that are very likely fully insured? You're right, homelessness in Halifax is nothing to laugh about, but, for the most part y'all go about your lives and ignore the fact that it's increasing. Do you do enough for your community? How many homeless people do you pass everyday? Have you every asked one if they need help or did you treat them like objects? Did you give them some change and wander off like you've just walked on water?

The people that lost their homes in the recent fires, did you do anything to help them? Did you raise a finger to assist in any way?

I hope you're a good person Rusty and not just another poser. I hope you do things for your community and I hope you're happy with your life. However, if I want to blow off a little steam by hassling some numbnuts on the internet then that's what I'm going to do and you better have your facts straight before you start poking me with a stick because you think you're better than me.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming:

How to kill mice Part II - The Mousecapult.

    You will need:
    - 2 pieces of 6 foot stretchy rubber tubing
    - 1 medium sized rectangular plastic container
    - some heavy, yet flexible wire
    - some strong string
    - bird seed, raisins or other suitable bait (less messy the better).

The only sanctimonoius prick is yourself. You don't know crap about what is going on in Halifax, you spend a little time here in a drunken haze with a few friends, and all you have told is lies about Halifax, Nova Scotia, which makes you also a liar.

Insurance can rebuild, but there are pictures and memories that can never be replaced. You are not smart enough to understand or appreciate that side of it. Everything is just one frigging big joke to you.

Your turn will come, and when it does don't bother to come on here crying about it, because I will be the first to tell you, that you deserve excactly what you get, after laughing at the lost of homes of others.

Because you gave a couple of dollars to help out the poor doesn't give you the right to laugh at others in time of distress, you arrogant S.O.B.
You are mouth artist, and that is about it, a lot of hot air, I don't believe for a second you have EVER helped anyone but yourself!

What I do to help my community and people whose homes were destroyed by fire, is far more than you have probably done for a single soul in your sorry life so far, judging from the way you make fun of others hardships.

I don't care what you believe. I really don't care what happens to you or Halifax for that matter. I don't need my house to live, nor pictures, nor any other material item. That's not life, that's the past. Live life for what it is and savour the time you have.

I'm done with you. Feel free to keep on gibbering if you like.

I don't give a crap if you care what happens to me or my City, that just shows what kind of a character you are. What does matter, is I will not have you making fun of good people who lost their homes in a fire. Pictures and charished items are very important to people who have lost their homes, you should speak to people who have, to learn a little about life, instead of making fun like a bad teenage kid looking for attention.

Done with me? You were never anything to me, to be done with me. It was your foolish gibbering, making fun of folks who had lost their homes that started my gibbering, or I wouldn't have bothered with the likes of your attention seeking childish statements.
