Double washed and rinsed my dogs bedding still has the faint whiff of .. well ... dog.
The rest of the wash doesn't smell - even the nappies.

Haha, my first choice was going to be freshly cut grass but as i liked your choices and drewnogals and tried to be a little different. It is artificial but it’s till a great smell.

Here are three others which you may find more evocative:

- the ionised essence of rain on a dry day
- certain woman’s hair and skin - that natural pheromonal perfume some women have
- neoprene drying after a dive
