Sorry to hear that Huck!

Excedrin always works for me when I've had a bad night's sleep, though it only lasts about 4 hours.
😞

If you are still hoping to get some sleep, take some alergy medicine, like benadryl, only half dose though, or you won't be able to wake up.

😀

Maybe gulp a glass of milk and go lay down.

I'll sing you a lullaby to help you out.

Lullaby, and good night,
With pink roses bedight,
With lilies o'erspread,
Is my baby's sweet head.
Lay you down now, and rest,
May your slumber be blessed!
Lay you down now, and rest,
May thy slumber be blessed!

😴

OMG! You absolutely must listen to me...
It's extremely important that you make it thru the first day AND DON'T BE LATE!!!!

So follow this advice:

* DO NOT eat anything! If you eat any food your body will put you to sleep!

* Drink LOTS of coffee! The real stuff - none of that caffeine free crap.

* Take a cold shower 1/2 hour before you have to leave for work.

* At lunch time DO NOT EAT! Drink more coffee.

The good news, Huck, is that you'll make it thru the day and then you will be able to sleep like a baby when you get home, which will allow you to go back fully charged the 2nd day.

You can do it guy.

Bad advice. If he takes any alergy medicine he won't be able to get out of bed in the morning.

Edit: And NO MILK! He needs to stay awake at this point.

How can he sleep tomorrow night when he is doped up on so much caffeine?

I say sleep at work, that is the best policy.

Caffeine only works for a short period of time. Then the body crashes. Trust me on this. I've had my share of partying and having to go to work the next day w/o any sleep.

I don't know about that, I have to stop drinking coffee after about 3:00 if I want to go to sleep at 10:00.
Otherwise I can't sleep.

Maybe I'm just WIERD. 😞
