So I'm watching "Ice Road Truckers" on the History Channel, and the first ad during the commercial break is an ad for "Ice Road Truckers" show. That's stupid, I thought. Why would the first ad be for the show I'm watching, since the only way I would be watching the ad is if I had been already watching the show? But I didn't have long to think about this as a minute or two later, the last ad during the commercial break was for "Ice Road Truckers." Then the program comes back on, and in the lower right corner where the History Channel station identification watermark is, instead, is an expanded watermark version that says ICE ROAD TRUCKERS - History Channel. And I only get to "What in the--" when rolling across the bottom QUARTER of my tv screen came a scrolling ad for, you guessed it, "Ice Road Truckers, Sundays on the History Channel."
I'm watching the show Ice Road Truckers, it is actually in progress, I'm already watching it, and in the lower right hand corner of my screen covering up part of the show I'm trying to watch is this giant "Ice Road Truckers" watermark, and now covering up the bottom quarter of my tv screen covering up my Ice Road Truckers show is a big ad asking me to watch Ice Road Truckers.
The word I was thinking of rhymed with Truckers.
