Ad servers store tracking cookies on your computer. They use these to follow you around the web and determine your interests, so they personalize ads to your tastes.

If you get those kind of ads often, it's probably because you go to p0rn sites.

It may be worth deleting the cookies from your computer as well, that way they'll (more or less) go away on other sites as well.
