JamesBlond was also banned. Now he chose to start a game with me as soon as Stella was banned, solely to verbally criticise and humiliate me during our game over my lower chess rating.

I found it very hurtful so you can imagine my joy when I found that he had been banned and I won our game ( he had a rating of 1600+ ) following his forced resignation. I am now in the 1200’s.

Justice has been done twofold as he was also using a chess engine in my opinion 🙂

The notorious BustyBeaver and Elevator have also been banned.

We pick up on these characters don’t we? We all know the regulars here as they, you and I have a certain style and pattern of posting. Then a newcomer comes along and immediately starts posting in the GF. Some of us find this level of confidence a bit suspicious but some chose to play along with it. And then there’s someone like Elevator, whose rare occasional and sole contribution to a forum will be to insult or antagonise, usually in response to someone new being challenged about already being someone else. It’s all a bit of sport and some are up for the chase just like a kitten after a ball of wool or a lurcher after a hare.
