I almost never participate in the Forums because I see so many disrespectful people & posts there, but I do check out the Forums. I have a whole lot of people on my Banned List simply because of what I see in the Forums. I don't understand why such people are allowed to continue on the Forums. They should be banned from the Forums entirely. That would certainly make the Forums more useful.
The aforementioned is what the Poster said. Now if you are going to kick people off of the forums or ban them entirely, you could possibly lose a Paying Subscriber by doing so. Some are here more for the Forums than the Chess, I have noticed.

I'm sorry I originally posted in this Forum, largely because it evolved into proving my point that those who are abusive don't belong here. I therefore think I might now avoid the Forums altogether.
I imagine that has been out of respect for Greenpawn and the other serious chess contributors and discussers.

Contrary to Rusty's blanket degradation and disparagement of humanity in general, I would have thought your bravely exemplary yet humble admission that perfection takes effort would provide a sense of relief and let's hope some degree of inspiration to the multitude.
To be fair, sometimes perfection does come naturally (as happened in my case), but I would probably be the third to admit that maybe sometimes a little maintenance is required.

That is entirely up to yourself of course! If you don't like people expressing their views then perhaps it isn't a forum for you? You may want to stay out of debates as well that can become rather heated. 😉
