Someone would have to be pretty ballsy to try and lift the guys wallet while INSIDE a police station while surrounded by police.
But why a sting in that area? There's not many pedestrians and the few who pass look like ordinary citizens. I think the guy is truely on his lips.

It's a video of a sting operation where an undercover cop fakes being drunk. Soon as somebody trys to steal his wallet the cops move in.
