Loving your neighbor and yourself

How does one go about doing that? Seriously.

I've seen it plastered all over the boards recently, but with no practical instruction, I'm still liable to say to the idjit, who nearly broadsided me Sunday night while I was on my motorcycle, some very disturbing things.

How does one go beyond the platitude to make it a living statement of one's conviction?

Anyone?

We sometimes confuse "love" with a feeling we have for somebody. You show love to somebody by the way you treat them. Simply put, you treat people like you would like to be treated. Easier said than done though.
