You are looking for an argument that is not there.

There is no right or wrong answer to using drugs, just like there is no right or wrong answer for having kids.

Some people should and some people shouldn't.

eamon was arguing with you when you said that THC (working part of pot) produces a feeling that is unnatural.

Thats when he said:
"your perceived reality is a function of your brain chemicals"

And i think what he means to say by that is that it is actually very natural, theres nothing unnatural about it.

That was the idea in the early sixties. Damn irresponsible hippies ruined its' reputation. LSD is chemically inert, meaning that it leaves the body in much the same state as when it entered. The high is caused by a massive release of seritonin, which the body manufactures. Baby Hawaiian Woodrose seeds are also a source.

Causing it is unnatural, you are not normally supposed to be that high, if you were, why am I wasting money?.

Ok, I was kinda mixing up the meaning of unnatural, sorry.
The mechanism that makes you feel high is very natural ofcourse. But it is not normal to be high.
So you are not wasting your money🙂

Drugs are always a waste of money unless perscribed, and even then it can still be a waste of money.

Street Drugs, rot your mind real quick. Same as booze

It is best to have a high on life itself.

True, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Someone who thinks that coca = cocoa isn't bright enough to notice the effects that LSD might have on his brain. Go right ahead, kid.

you are all big enough (except for you 12 year olds violating the ToS... we know you're out there!) to find the article yourselves. Nevermind the fact that posting the link would have taken much less energy than the past two sentences.
Of course LSD is safe.
As safe as any old drug:
- so long as it's good quality
- so long as one knows how to use it and what to expect
- so long one doesn't use too much of it.

Obviously there's the old wives tale of it causing schitzophrenia.
Yes. It can.
So can masturbation, child abuse, religion and kite-flying.
Schitzophrenia is in your genes, you either have it or you don't. And if you do, generally speaking, something will trigger it before you're 25 years old (with the notable exception of PND).

Does it enlighten you to a new view on life? Does it open doors to the other world? Yes.
But so does reading the tao of Pooh or watching Star Trek generations.

Go figure.
