I recently got a new PS2 and a Madden 06 game. I want to play online, and I plugged in the Ethernet cord into my PS2 and modem, but it still doesn't work. Also, I can't find an Ethernet jack on my computer. Any advice?

What is it with you people? Do you not have access to any other sites or something? When faced with a problem, how do you always manage come to the conclusion of asking for help on a Chess site forum?

Try the troubleshooting section of the Playstation site, or one of the thousands of PS based online gaming sites or even Google the problem.

They come to the chess site forum because our community has a reputation of caring, intelligence, and altruism.

That being said...
Abejnood, take it to the sports forum, spanky.

Chess ability and IQ do correlate the debate was about NEEDing a high IQ to be good at chess...but chess players are on average smarter than your everyday person.

wow, way to refute his "you're full of crap" statement
he/we are right.
chess ability has nothing to do with intelligence.
did Albert Einstein play?
I don't think so.
or Newton, or Fermont?
no...
and you'd lose a lot of credibility if you were to claim that those men were not intelligent.

Ahhh. But if they did play, you could argue that they'd be very good.

I said we are smarter on average than the everyday person...you would lose a lot of credibility if you called any of those people an everyday person...plus I was kidding in that last post.
