Deepthought - I'm sick to death of people like yourself... This guy was a known suspect that the police were actually following. They gave a warning & he ran - go figure.
If so, they were particularly inept to have allowed him to get onto a train in the 1st place.

Look - we don't know the details (probably never will) But these people who stand up for the rights of terrorists make me soooooo mad.

I think they've already done that, many times.

I don't think there's room for niceties with potential suicide bombers. Under the current circumstances, running away from the police just isn't a good idea.
As for the wires protruding from his clothes? Would these be the same eye witnesses who saw a "man with wires protruding from his clothes running amok in a London hospital"?

Perhaps they could not shoot earlier because there was a possibility of killing civilians...you'll try to spin anything against the West won't you? Communism failed - get over it.

He's a suspected suicide bomber.
The police are following him (or so you claim).
What do you think is the place they should concentrate on preventing him getting to?
Instead he's apparently able to outrun them and get onto a train.
I'm not standing up for the rights of terrorists - I'm standing up for everyone's rights. If the security forces are allowed to do this, it erodes everyone's rights.
The people who carry out these attacks are barbaric. We shouldn't have to descend to their level in order to defeat them.
