I am going to try to appeal this case on my own. Not sure what steps to take or where to begin, but right now my first concern is my children. They have been missing for 3 days now. I just need to know if they are safe. That is all I want from them right now.

Sometimes our legal system gets it wrong. There has been far too much emphasis on mothers getting custody instead of taking a hard look at what's best for the kids.

Firstly, Again thanks for allowing me to spit out what I am going through and letting my feelings go. I know this isn't the spot that would be most recognized as a blog, but that is what I am using this thread for. I don't ask for responses and even if I don't get one then so be it.

Duecer Our state's DCF department have been notified. In fact The case was heard 25 minutes prior to our scheduled start time and the DCF worker assigned to my case was just parking when the entire matter was over. The case was supposed to be heard at 9:30am and it was over by 9:25am. I contacted the worker and she is well aware of the entire turn of events. I just hope she can help before my daughters truly become another statistic.
RN We have had our differences but I thank you for your support in this matter, Cadwah, Grampy, and all others again thank you as well. I know I don't post often but enough know that I am far more concerned about my children than this site.
