Headaches are sometimes caused my hunger, dehydration, or lack of sleep. Do you suffer any of those?

All of them, but still, when you take paracetemols, they should go, and definately shouldn't hurt this much! πŸ™

I don't know what paracetemols is, but I will tell you what I have used to help others with a headache and it helps every time. Have a friend palpate your medial nerve in each hand . That is the area between the base of your index finger and the base of your thumb. You will know it when they hit it. Tell them to massage that area and it should be somewhat painful. Do it in both hands. Good luck.

If you have had your headache more than 24 hrs or your vision gets blurred or you have a stiff neck or a rash or any unusual symptoms, please see a medical practitioner immediately.

"Without timely treatment, paracetamol overdose can lead to liver failure and death within days. Because of the wide over-the-counter availability of the drug, it is sometimes used in suicide attempts by those unaware of the prolonged timecourse, and high morbidity (likelihood of significant illness) and mortality associated with paracetamol-induced toxicity." says wikipedia in case you're interested😡

Eat something not too salty, drink a large glass of liquid and go to sleep for at least 7 hours^_^ and I think you will be ok

Then again I'm not a doctor...Just speaking from experience and the web.
Good luck getting some sleep, and if you die, let us know in the morn

i don't suppose staring at a computer screen is doing it too much good. Sleep for you my boy! Put a cold flannel on your forehead, lie in a dark room and close your eyes. hope you feel better in the morning. πŸ™‚

I try my best to be balanced. Alot of advice needs a cynical touch and a little bit of sarcasm. I'm not programmed to be"delightful"-.-sorry for dishonoring your thread with my knowledge.
