You are probably getting the Flu..do you have body ache also?

Try reflexology. Get yourself some lotion and rub your hand where Kirksey suggested, this is a pressure point for stress. It should hurt when you do it.

Otherwise, Nyquil or Tylenol PM

I'll try the lotion anyway and hope it works, thanks 🙂

Could still be flu virus.

You could do the same with your feet. Pressure point for your head is on the big toe, stomach is in the middle of the foot (if you press hard near the center arch, you should feel it).

Don't they have drugs over there?

😕

You're case interests me, so here are other things I found:

# Don’t watch TV or even so much as look at a computer screen atleast 30 minutes before you lie down. The light from both a television as well as a computer monitor mimic the same intensity of light as sunlight. This fools your body and brain into thinking it’s nowhere near time for sleep.

# Drink milk. Milk has an amino acid in it called Tryptophan that increase the levels of serotonin and/or melatonin in the brain which slow down brain activity.

I didn't mean to be rude earlier.🙂

That's the annoying part of this, if only it was 3:30pm and not am!

You can also purchase Melatonin at the store, in 3 or 5 mg, really helps you sleep when you are working night shift.

I had a cup of tea before bed and that had milk in it, I should have gone to bed earlier than I did but it's the weekend and I don't have uni tomorrow so I can have a liein, that's ok, I'm abit grumpy cos of this so just ignore me if I get rude again.

If you're actually taking the advice, you should be asleep right now😉

How about a steamy hot shower? 😀

There is also a pressure point at the base of your skull in the back. Lay on your back and press with your hands.

If it's accompanied by nausea, it might be a migraine (although I don't think you ever described the headache, so it's hard to know). In that case, a hot shower might indeed be helpful - or a cold shower. Different patients react differently.

Good point Nordlys, could indeed be a migrane.

Have you eaten anything recently?

Do you seem very sensitive to light?
