Back to the question. I suffer very bad headaches as I have an allergy to a preservative used in the UK.

I have found though trial and painfull error what causes it. For example I cannot drink anything from a tin which has a uk source, tea bags, some beers!!! In germany they are not allowed to put this type of crap in food or drink and I can eat or drink anything.

If I do inadvertantly consume this additive I have to take 3 headache pills (and some have no effect) wait quietly for an hour, breathing slowly and relaxing and take 2 more after the hour to clear it. I also drink lots of water with the first set of pills.

The way I sussed out what was causing them was to note everything I ate or drank and when I got a headache try and work out what caused it and reproduce it!! For example some tea bags give me grief but I sussed out I could drink pg tips triangles so thats all I have.

Good luck I know how painfull it is.

If it still hurts, maybe I can do something. I'm a bit of an expert, in my humble opinion. Can you send the faulty item to me ASAP? Fedex or DHL? I'll have a look at it at the weekend.
