Yes, I uploaded my turn several times... I wish the GMs had a little more of a clue on how to notify people when their turns aren't accepted...

lol... I haven't gotten any turn related emails from them at all since like turn 7... I've had to download all my turnfiles since then myself, even... and confirmation emails? haha, I think I only ever got like 3 of those, in total, during this entire game...

Edit: It even took them two turns to confirm me as Royalty, too... they just plain suck at running this game.

I've been lucky so far. I always email my turns in but have only received one confirmation email.

Did you try checking your turn status online?

Do you upload your turns at the website or do you email them in?

You can check in the turnfile to see if you're royal status or not. You don't need to wait for their confirmation.

regardless of what you might think, I'm not a complete idiot... I did check the status, that's how I knew they hadn't done it when they said they would... they told me I would be confirmed one turn and they didn't actually do it until the next turn, after I complained... loudly...

after that is when they even stopped sending me the new turnfile... let alone the new email addresses of the players... I'm just not a totally happy camper with the customer service of agegames...

Edit: and I used all three methods to submit my orders this turn... grrrr... it all hinges on whether they accept your file or not... it would just be nice to know for sure...

Out of 20 people, 19 managed to figure it out. I'd say that puts you in the lowest percentile of this Bell Curve.

I find it incredible that so many people seem to be having problems with their turn files when for every single turn this game I have auto-sent my turnfile and have had absolutly no issues whatsoever.
