Question: Suppose, say, England has ships in the English channel and an infantry army in Kent. Suppose further that England wants to storm the beaches of Normandy. Can he load his army on to his ships in the Channel and unload them in an amphibious attack on Normandy both in the same turn?
Yes.

Is the fearsome Hungarian navy planning a surprise attack on Gotland?

Well the same tactic could be used by the mighty Mongol fleet of rowboats and dinghies, couldn't it?

I'd give my only good leg to know what Strange Bedfellows alliances are being forged, and later, dissolved, when profitable for the Treacherous.

Should make for "interesting times" for those involved in deceit, since their foul plans will be made here public. Can't imagine they'll find friendly faces in abundance after that. Pity.

Vampires can strike at will anywhere we want. We have no need for navies.

What's a Gotland, anyway?

It's the island province in the Baltic Sea. 5 GP value. The farthest island away from you by sea.

I have submarines prowling the Mediterranean. You just can't see them.

Yes, his fleet will mostly have two moves and some units will have three before unloading. He can load and unload within that space. It takes a turn to put your fleet from port to sea.

So, which of your allies is it that you distrust?

Why do you assume I have allies?

Things are heating up to boiling point. You won't believe some of the PMs flying around. The next move should be very interesting.

A very interesting turn indeed. I look forward to how this turn will transpire.

I'm launching V2 missles against England this turn. It took a sizable bribe to the GM to pull that one off, but next turn Kent will be a blasted down to a 2 gold piece province.

I don't think the squids in what you jokingly call the "Baverian Navy" are looking forward to it.

You better hope they didn't outbribe you for Patriots.

Funny you should say that because I offered the GM a counter-bribe in order for the V2's to miss their target and destroy the Golden Horde instead. It's not my fault your missiles are inept.
