I was suggesting that Hungary might be useful in showing THE GM that continuing the game was pointless. Hungary, clearly, didn't merely want to win the game (he didn't) or to survive (he did); he wanted to see you defeated (mission accomplished).

If he additionally wanted to see you reduced to a bitter, bitter man, Hungary must be feeling truly triumphant.
Karma is a curious thing. The great wheel of fate crushes the mighty and elevates the weak. The Wrath of Khan may yet manifest itself in unforseen ways. Beware, Halga, Bewaaaaaaaaaaaare......

In the ongoing battle between the mighty and the weak, bet on the weak if you wish.

Another way of looking at this would be to consider how mighty the Horde once was and how several comparatively weak realms banded together, trusted each other, worked cooperatively and won. Or perhaps that was your point?

Sorry to interrupt, but I'm just wondering if you guys can make it to 5000 posts in this thread before it fades into obscurity.

With almost 300 to go, it doesn't seem likely...

KnightWulfe, No1 and Rob all suck.

That should do it.

lol - well Suzianne did a lot considering she was cheated by her own coalition and then hung out to dry!

What about the mad king or Arles, he battled!

Ok, he sucked. I guess I sucked as well.

I guess the only people that didn't suck were you and Gottschalk.

Oh, I sucked. Took me three weeks to make the simple transfer of Riga to Castile.

Bosse and Starrman also were part of the victory coalition - effective teamwork - much like Robs effort in DKE.

I am growing concerned that we have not received a confirmation about our victory claim. If we get new turn files, I will resubmit it.
