Lack of personal responsibility.
Closed minds.
People who bemoan getting caught in speed cameras saying they are there just to catch people out financially.
(I disagree, but let's say for the sake of argument that I agree.
My question is "How exactly did you get caught out. Are you stupid, or just a menace?"
First there are signs for the speed limit.
Then there are signs for the speed camera
Then the camera is painted flourescent yellow
AND just in case you missed all that, lines are painted on the road.
Missing all that my friend borders on dangerous driving. But much more to the point, whether you get caught or not is ENTIRELY within your control. So stop blaming the government, the camera, the police, the council, my mum, or whoever else caused your brain to ignore multiple warnings, and your right foot to uncontrollably press down hard on the accerlerator.
