When my name was changed I was the 'only' contributor that had happened to.
It happened immediately after my falling out with FMF. (Coincidence you cry).
I was neither aware of it or gave my permission. (Obviously, hence my reaction)
A spoonerism, immediately identifiable, is not a pseudonym.
If contributors since have given their permission, good for them. I didn't.
It is abundantly clear that FMF thought he was doing me a favour broadcasting my stories and only did so after our falling out as he had already put in the effort of narrating them. So he broadcast them anyway and for jolly japes, on live radio, ridiculed my name. (Where people from my 'real world' were listening). Instead of owning this and apologizing, he doubled down and lost any respect I ever had for him.

Talk me through the whole spoonerism thing again though. Still can't get my head around it. - To give the impression there are more contributors to the show (as FMF told me directly) a writer called Bob Leg who has 2 stories included will have the 2nd attributed to Lob Beg. (Rather than a pseudonym entirely unlinked to the real name). And this makes sense to you?
