Phlabibit, on what basis do you publically question dartking's expressed motive and presume to predict his future intentions?

There used to be monthly subs, the admins removed them for the reasons I've stated and more.
Perhaps Russ could take payments by the month, but the product should not be given until the full price is paid. Why someone would need to send Russ the money rather than put the money in a jar baffles me.

Of course the person would have to have a credit card to do it & it would have to be one of the ones accepted by this site.
It could be done so the person is agreeing for the full 8 months which is how long it would take to pay at $5.00 a month, the money would be taken out each month automatically until the 8 months was up. At that time it would be re-newed, or not. This way there is no concern about the person just doing a couple of months, & a years supply of games.
This of course would make more paper work for the ADMINS & would it actually be worth it to them?

No money, no funny.
Just like the power company. You no pay, you no play.
Automatically forfeit every game if they are not current with payment.
Just a thought, but it will be more of a headache than Russ will want to undertake.

Would be unfortunate for people to lose games whilst their getting the payment for the next month ready.

Ignorant:
"Lacking knowledge or comprehension of the thing specified."
The term was used strictly clinically.

There are two ways it can be taken. Why should you get the benefit of the doubt where others have not?

I'm talking about a 3 month sub for $10. But if ladders don't work, then no ladders, only clan challenges and sieges. The main point being $40 is a lot for someone who isn't going to use the site a lot and there should be a lower tier of subscription. If that involves only a 20 games maximum policy with zero other feature, fine, i'm sure there will be people ...[text shortened]... e full subscription although i can't see a reason why clan challenges shouldn't be added.
Thats not 6 games per day, per week, per month, its 6 games simultaneously.
If they want more games, play shorter time controls to make the games faster.
Admin costs etc on a quarterly billing period will be more so you would have the same money coming in but more going out = NO BRAINER.
The "cost of living makes it too expensive" doesn't wash. Cut back on non essentials, did you really need to buy that paper, can of juice, Playboy magazine? Could you not have made do with a home made sandwich for work rather than spending £4 at the shop? Could you not have made do with 8 pints of Guinness rather than 10.
Go out, wash the neighbours cars even at £2 a time it won't take long to make the money required.
