Why would anyone ever buy instant anything when reasonable quality takes less than ten minutes?

Starbucks is a crappy place to drink a coffee. To associate it with a good espresso is simply mind-numbing.
Just because most people that live in countries with no espresso tradition haven't ever tasted a good espresso doesn't mean that there is no difference.
Put a large number of average people tasting wine and probably most of them can't tell a diff ...[text shortened]... or cinema, for that matter. To really enjoy some things, one must know something about them.
While we certainly don't have an Italian culture up here with any expresso traditions to speak of we do have alot of Lebonese and I have tried what they refer to as an expresso. Very strong stuff! Don't know if they're comparable.
