I have seen ads on TV for a place that sells two pair of glasses for only 69.95, including a free eye exam. The glasses I had were about 15 years old, and the presciption was nearly 30 years old. The frames on the old glasses were falling apart.
I was quite sceptical of the ad, I mean 2 pairs for that price? I knew there would be extras they would try to sell me. For an additional 70 bucks I could get insurance and lens coating. I wondered why I should pay the replacement cost to insure them and prevent scratches. I mean just buy 2 more pair with that money. For an additional $129.95 I could get the insurance and polycorbonate lenses.
At any rate I did get 2 pair for $70, one pair was cheaper so I got a tinted lens for about the same price. I highly recommend the place.

I can actually see the pieces now. 😀
