Some people will "bitch and moan" no matter who the mod is. The fact that 99% of the bitchers and moaners come from 1 clan is a problem alright. I think it's one that I can deal with DECISIVELY though once I get my mod's badge. As I said, I'm a very tolerant person until it comes to bigots, who preclude people purely due to the subgroup to which they belong. Bigoted people like that WILL get their comeuppance.

No, not random at all. My actions will be systematic, and DECISIVE. Favouritism will be kept to a minimum, but I know that I can't please all of the people all of the time.
