@Torunn saidA good idea, but do you think there would be a way to get all the different Countries that play on here in the name. Perhaps the International Tavern? 😉
Although being a modern tavern, it respects traditions, cloakroom included as well as separate toilet spaces for women and men, no unisex.
Concerning its name, I think perhaps referring to SwEnglish - English with a Swedish accent?

@Very-Rusty saidWas at the airport last week, went to the bathroom a couple of times, go in turn left, male toilets. Then needed to go again a bit later to in a slightly different location... Walk in turn left... Oops, woman's toilet 🥴
Well I am from the old school so no unisex is ok by me. That is all new stuff to me.
In my day the women were women and the men were men and some say the sheep were afraid. 😉 Hope that wasn't too far over the grey area!

@The-only-Mr-T saidThat happened to me back in 2011 I was going to Vancouver Island a little place Called Port Hardy. Anyways we had to change planes in Montreal and I ended up in the Women's washroom instead of the Men's. The few Women that were in there got a good chuckle out of it and I must have turned 3 shades for Red. I was in a rush not to miss my connecting flight to Vancouver. The signs were up in French and English too. An embarrassing moment for me at that time.

@Very-Rusty saidI'm thinking of The Family Farm Tavern - not a catchy name but would it attract customers? I would have budgies, they have a nice sound.

@Torunn saidMaybe, with a bit of cajoling, we could recruit Moe, from The Simpson, to tend bar?🤔👍
We need a good bartender, very important job in this business - somebody who can make people feel comfortable at the bar. Then we need nice music, on a low level, just adding a nice sound to the conversations - a variety of good music.

@Great-Big-Stees saidVery good, I'm sure you will like the job and people will like you.
I will consider your idea and get back to you. I could use the money.🤔😲
There are still 2-3 open positions - Chef and kitchen helper(s).
I have decided to turn down the offer from the Swedish Chef, because of his unpredictability: his meatballs were never round enough to roll in the frying-pan, and he totally ignored the lingonberries. Also, there was never a quiet moment in the kitchen and he kept upsetting the ingredients.
