What we can give you is a Swedish hot dog dish - "half or whole special".
Half is bun, one sausage, home-made mashed potatoes and accessories.
Whole is bun, two sausages, home-made mashed potatoes and accessories.
Accessories: ketchup, mustard, dried onion, Bostongurka (Swedish relish made with pickled gherkins, onions, red bell peppers, and spices such as mustard seeds.)
Basically a Gothenburg dish, our specialty. 🙂

Good to see you cutting back Trev, but I’m not sure your palette will be sufficiently triggered by the “expensive” stuff rather than the quality juice you usually procure from that guy who distills used motor oil and decants it into old milk bottles.
