Yes, I believe there is. Unruly hair, and a similar body shape etc., however I think it's more than physical. They have a similar mental perception of themselves and their infallibility that makes them hold themselves the same and act the same.

To me, they are Tweddle-Dee and Tweddle-Dumb (emphasis on the dumb!).

I think a key difference is that Trump's hair stays in place whereas Johnson's doesn't.

Each person has their idea of rather they resemble each other in appearance or they don't. In my mind it is a very simplle yes or no. Some have been able to do that! 😉
