sorry

No worries....all the movies you listed are great. It's hard to pick just one though. 😀

I just ordered the DVD. Apparently it has a special feature whereby you get to watch the whole film with the scenes in chronological order. Crazy.
I woulldn't wanna see it like that though. The 'cool' effect would then be gone and it will just turn into a thriller...

lord of the rings?
matrix?
too stuck with hollywood movies or is it just my opinion?

there are plenty of excellent films with no english dialogs as well!
why not try a Bergman one? no. too "heavy" when you're on your own
maybe Almodovar? "high heels" would be good
"the throne of blood" by akira kurosawa
or for a funny one: the ultimate "Dr Strangelove" by Kubrick (and that's in english as well!)

yeah for sure better the original way (it came yesterday but i haven't seen it yet), but i guess they put it on for fun... surely would be interesting to see it chronologically once, not least to get the story completely straight in my mind 😕

For me it'd be a toss up between Godfather II and The Patriot.

Which one, Mel Gibson or Steven Seagal.

Actually, I guess it doesn't matter, they're both pretty poor.

The Mel Gibson movie. I haven't liked anything with Segal yet.

Some of many movies I like are:
The Pianist for Drama
and City of God Drama and a little of suspense

City of God, nice. It was nominated for the Best Director Oscar last year and STILL barely anyone I know has heard of it! 😕 It was a very powerful little flick though, good choice. Don't recall if it had any nudity though.....
