I do not really understand what passes for sentient thought processes in that deranged cranium of yours but may I advise you to leave your delusional, grass-induced, queries to your hippy circle of friends.

Seriously, why is one word used rather than another is irrelevant. The only important thing is that different words are used to describe different things: if we didn't do that how ambiguous would communication be?

just imagine if we swop the names of our bodyparts...for example:
nose becomes arse
ears>stomache
feet>arms etc.
