@Kevin,
Never sweat the small stuff my friend.

Right you are. Make other people sweat the small stuff !

There's more starch sir in your chosen words than there are in the ruffs of your cravat.
And more fleas in yours than in your goat's goatee.

the olde zen saying goes that holding on to anger is the same as grasping a burning coal - you are the one who will get burned

you are nostalgic for scorn, or against scorn
either way that is the wound that will not heal

it is quite possible that my observation that you feel scorned is incorrect
and that what you referred to was the scorn you would hurl at yer enemie ...[text shortened]... e how it may feel that way

unasked for advice - release the pain of scorn either felt or hurled
Dear Rookie: "Stick it in your ear."

Please stop cluttering this thread with your off-topic, unrequested advice based on misinterpretations of a reference that you clearly did not understand.

Thank you.

@Kevin,
Let rookie have his fun, I don't believe he means any harm, and believe it or not he has become better over the years. He rarely attacks anyone personally, just having some fun.

Indeed; and never too late a lesson to learn.

I have never understood Rookie as aggressive, just a fun, often incomprehensible, guy. πŸ™‚

He is just trying to be funny, I use to take him the wrong way myself at first. I thought he was actually throwing shots at me which turned out not to be the case.

Hoping someone takes that as a challenge to go farther.

I'll admit that it took me a little while to work through that. I'm easily nonplussed by double negatives, and sometimes paralyzed by three-fold menus.

I once lived in a quadraplex and couldn’t remember if I lived up or down or left or right.
