My main offer is a non-aggression treaty between all of us.
I also offer my thoughts that I will be willing to allow us to defend each other against outside attacks, under the condition that the government controlling the territory can ultimately decide whether or not troops can cross the land to give military assistance.
I also desire an a substantial increase in trade between our countries, specifically for myself the trade of wood, for without it I am currently unable to further develop my country's infrastructure.
I now have a massive surplus of mining that I can trade for this, noted at the moment to be upwards of 9000 per day.
I also have a surplus of grain, fish, coal and a limited amount of oil from which I can trade also.

My name is Richard Kanter and I'm the German Foregin Affaris minister. My goverment instructed to state following proposals.
1. The most important thing now is economical union. We shall negotiate constant supplies of certain resources,which should be reliable,even in strategical pllaning for our goverments. They shall also help us preserve peace and cooperation.
2. Non-agression pact,however with clasula which guarantee any goverment immidiate help from the three other in case of any attack.
The Hetman has been called away. His envoy is instructed to say nothing other than what is written below. He is to nothing further until the Hetman returns - or calls the envoy away as well. Word is that Germany insists on Ukraine returning a military sabateur and Marocco has invaded The Pope. There is much concern as the Hetman warned the Sultan to not do this and - as this and the German's letter to the Hetman comes during this conference, the Hetman is gravely concerned. He is resting at his country villa and is pondering his next move. Her may or may not return to the Conference - depending on what he hears from Germany and Marocco.
Morocco is keen on peace. We have all grown weary of war. Morocco will not invade Rome and will support England in their invasion of France and where possible will support the Ukraine in it's liberation of Russia and Germany in it's operations in Belgium and Denmark.
For our four nations to prosper we need to agree to trade freely and keep peace with each other. I would also agree that if one of our allied nations is attacked Morocco will deploy their military to help and would expect this in return.
The Sultan Franz Ferdinand therefore agrees with Germanys proposal of 1) Trade 2) peace between Germany and Morocco (and France & Ukraine if they sign) 3) Military support if attacked.
