I would sell that as a pro when defending your actions πŸ™‚. And say: "now you have more time to share thoughts and feelings with your mommy, young man" too (certified succes!). He will never want to go back to PS then. πŸ˜€

Hm, that's funny. I remember when my grandpa once said: "I didn't
even have Commodore when I was a kid, and I was still perfectly happy",
then he went on to show me how one can do interesting things with what
nature provides (and don't you dare think dirty thoughts here). Odd, but
those are some of my best childhood memories. Like when we marked
out a course in the forest, where I, my friends and sibblings would have
competitions, running over and crawling under natural obstacles. I did
the same thing with my sister's kids last summer, but I guess they're not
really all that amused by it. One of them, only a few years old, stopped
in the middle of the course to pick flowers. The others, older kids, just
sat there with their Nintendo's trying to beat new records. Now, who am I
to say they can't let their lives evolve around little hand held computers?
I mean, at least we were outside, getting fresh air.

By the way, I whooped all their arses in Tetris. I'm a natural, is all. 😏

Once, I caught my little nephew playing with army men on his computer (the game was all about these little toy soldiers) (?!). I got out a big bag of green, brown and yellow army men and told him "go play that in the garden, it's much more fun". The kid wouldn't move!!!

Was there a particular shape combination that especially suited you?

I seem to have a nack for getting those L-shaped pieces into place. I almost
instantly know where they goes. The toughest ones are the double L's.
They're always a puzzle for me, especially when you must place them
so that you leave a gap where you must then insert a new piece from the
side. But I guess even L's are tough if you're waiting for another piece to
come falling down.

Did this make any sense to you?
