My place of work do the opposite, they offer people to go home early but make the time up later. Usually on a weekend. Loving in a farm in Mongolia is looking pretty appealing

Same here. I sometimes do little or no work for a week or two. Sometimes I have my bootstraps to the grindstone, and I might be up at all hours. I have not really felt like I've punched my card in The Man's timeclock for 25 years.
