No, trying to talk to communicate with anybody at Symantec is like yelling into a black hole. I sent them 6 email requests and filled out 4 on-line complaints. They never bothered to answer any of them.

I finally dumped all their programs and feel much better now. 😵

What's really bad is when you can't remember your log-in ID, so you can't ask them to send you your password. You decide to create a new account, but then they say that your email address is ALREADY IN USE and ask you to log in! They reject the new account. 😠

I still haven't managed to figure out my computer admin password to unlock my documents that baby managed to lock 😕

And my hint makes NO sense whatsoever. 🙁

Go to Start/Run and type in or paste exactly control userpasswords2

Reset admin password.

If it's a Word document you maybe can open a blank document.
Click - Insert-File - and choose the file you want to unlock.

That's amazing if it works. I would've thought you'd need the admin password to be able to change it!

Well I did what he said earlier and had no problems resetting the admin password. 🙂

I even carved it into the bottom of my screen just so I would never forget 😉
