1) The name of a decent bar/restaurant in the area where I can grab a few brews and a steak/burger/wings/pizza etc. etc. after I finish my games for the day; and

2) Th ...[text shortened]... nds 5 and 6.

Walking distance from the Sheraton is preferable. Thanks in advance.
Beware, the FSU boys hate outsiders.

Good luck, and beware of RHP terrorists.

Especially being that I live in Philly

Was it really, really, really necessary to mention the reason for your trip to Philly?
Sorry, I didn't realize what a ghastly faux pas it was to mention that you were playing in a chess tournament on an INTERNET CHESS SITE. I thought knowing the location might help with the inquiry - ya know, walking distance and all.

I apologize to all that were offended by my thoughtless mention of an actual chess tournament here.

Internet research has provided me with a few good leads though it would have been nice to hear from a local.

Your fans may get confused.

Thanks. They're about 4 miles from the Sheraton though.

Nice to have friends, isn't it No1?

I'm sure you've already looked at the hotel's web site but just in case...

http://www.starwoodhotels.com/sheraton/property/area/map.html?propertyID=1776

Restaurants are listed in order of distance from the hotel.

You act like you're the smartest person here, so keep doing that and you should be fine in this city of brotherly love where nobody would hurt a fly 😛
