Help on every game the pieces are missing. Where did they go and how do I get them back?

Clear your cache.

tools -> options -> privacy -> cache -> clear cache now

That will happen from time to time, when an opponent captures one of your pieces. It will go away.

Maybe, but shouldn't we post something about clearing out your cache in the FAQ's first? That seems more logical to me.
