Post your crappy poetry here (poem)

Don't hesitate to post meaningless poetry here
It doesn't have to make any sense or convey any kind of sentiment
It doesn't have to be rythmic or rhyme
It doesn't have to be poetry even
It can be just any crap that enters your mind at the time of writing
Don't hesitate to salute others in their failed attempts either
If someone insults your poetry make sure you're overdramatic and very passionate about it, like you were in fact a real poet

And most importantly, never, ever hesitate to sicken people with your repeated poetry threads. That's always a plus. Annoy even your friends here if you can (though not intentionally).

The Academic Poet

My head and neck have been
Surgically altered so that
They swivel nearly 180 degrees,
So that I can see what my other
Academic fellows and critics
Are thinking of me.
I grease my neck daily,
Write a few lines of poetry,
Swivel, swivel, swivel, if
I see smiles or sage nods
I am well pleased. If anyone
Without a Ph.D. (or at the very least
An MFA) can make head or tail
Of what I am writing, I know that
I have failed, and swivel my head
To catch the frowns, jeers
And head shakes, as opposed to
Nods and I know I am in deep animal
Droppings, indeed. But I can
Make amends very quickly and
Write something that they will
Like, with "like" being the operative
Word, as no one can, nor should they,
Love modern or post modern poetry,
And I am doing my part to keep it that way.
