I did some maintenance last night on HD, getting rid of temp files, cookies, spyware, etc., using spy sweeper and AVG spy sweep and then a defrag. When all was said and done, I go back to RHP on Firefox and it just comes up to the login page, with the proper email address and password, I login, but don't get past the login page. I know its a firefox problem because I went back to IE and login went fine which is what I am using to get in now. Any ideas? I must have killed the wrong cookie but don't know how to get it back. Don.

Clear both your IE and Firefox cookies and then try logging in again (with Firefox).

One thing I saw, going to tools and cookies in FF, it says I accept cookies, is checked. And in the cookie list I also find RHP. If I kill cookies in IE and FF, won't I get in trouble trying to get in to RHP from both browsers? At least I can get in from IE and talk to admin and such.

The cookies should renew when you log in again. I had exactly that happen to me a few months ago - oh also make sure your firewall/pop up blockers are not messing with you.

For some reason they don't seem to renew when I log back in. I get the same thing, back to the login page when I hit my games or forums.
I am using mozilla right now but on my laptop so it's definitely something wrong with that one FF on the games machine. It must have something to do with my cleaning thing I did. Cookies are checked, accept cookies and the cookie for RHP seems to be there, it shows up when you go to the look at cookies window. Maybe I should uninstall FF and reinstall?

I'm sure it was my firewall that suddenly started playing up when it happened to me. Every time I signed in it led me back to the log in page again.
You could try Firefox safe mode just to see if it works like that before doing anything drastic.
In the start menu/right click on FF and select safe mode. Just as a test really.

Another user with firefox problems? What version of FF is this? Some versions of FF added a site to the list of sites not allowed to set cookies if you checked the wrong button.

It cleared up when I just hit the error console and got rid of cookies and history, then logged in again and its coming back ok now.

I seriously don't know how you do this so often. I've never had any problems with FF whatsoever. I reckon your PC's allergic to you.
