I’ve never been a fan of science fiction stories but No 4 really entertained me. Thought it was fab 🏅

The Prose Competition is a wonderful idea and I was glad to contribute. Thank you @Ponderable for making today just a little bit better ❤️

My little vignette above is my holiday present to the masses here. Happy Christmas to the forums - a strange and provocative place to visit.

May 2025 be the year we all just get along 🙂

Beautiful pieces all of them, my thanks to the writers. I'm glad there's only four of them because I need to read them many times - as I did with all previous entries - and google some, or many of the words. I will enjoy reading these again. 🙂

That was me. Mrs. Bish was not impressed and was frankly a little concerned about my mental state. I was just having some fun.

i am a fan of prose and or poetry competitions
i am not a fan of participation trophies
when i wrote these assessments yesterday in private conversation i didn't know who wrote what
i still do not, for the most part

caveat!
as my brain atrophies in it's lil bone cave i find that i cannot focus attention on much of anything for longer than seven metric seconds
this is a reality that i detest, dammit

Not sure if Trev is recruiting - but clearly there is something going on with our clan. Three of the four stories?

Clan 25128 ... nothing compares

My first choice is entry no 2 - emotional, touching
Second choice is entry no 4 - fun reading
Third choice is entry no 1 - the story deserves a chapter two
Fourth choice is entry no 3 - very midwinter feeling

All entries are good so my thanks to you who did it. 🙂
