You know I'd actually have to see that to believe it. It is possible if the guys were so drunk they couldn't stand to begin with.

Fights never last very long unless there are a bunch of people involved on both sides. One on one rarely lasts longer than about 2 minutes. I went to an an event where the guy lasted 14 seconds in a MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts ) match!!!

He's got the details wrong, again.

In fact, if you ask him about it, he'll say he can't be bothered enough to care, which exposes his post for the attention-seeking that it is.

Seems like he's just got the hots for me.

a tv series recommendation
about chess who would have guessed?
has devolved into bar fight commentary
and who messed their pants less

i love this joint

on a side note

the gbaway script has had a remarkable effect upon my blood pressure
i highly recommend it to help calm frayed nerves and reduce the chances of a bar fight breaking out on the internet

a side side note

if you decide to use the gbaway script,
do not block yer own posts

lol

nope
the only folks who make that list are the ones who come up with originality about once a year
and yes, you are correct, that does limit my view of reality somewhat

there are a number of things/places/people i chose to ignore
this is one of my character flaws

Without spoiling the story, it's about a 9 year old girl orphaned and taken to an orphanage. She gets sent down to the basement where the old janitor is playing himself at chess.
Turns out she is a gifted, natural genius at the game.
Set in the early 60's.
Oh my! This is terrific!!!
I can't take my eyes off of Anya Taylor-Joy. She's a pleasure to behold: Such great acting!

I liked her in VVitch...but I love her in this.
I believe another young star has been born to the masses.

Thank you for the recommendation.

By the way, the frequent and accurate chess references are a breath of fresh air. They're uncommon for a chess movie.
