Well we all know I'm 6ft 250 and banging out pull ups like it is my job 😏

Soon to be 270.

Doosh! 😡

(That was me flexing on you.)

I prefer my women to be short as F. 🤗
LOL ..... you're fatter than Trump.
And he eats 2 Big Macs and 2 Fish Fillets in one sitting.
Have another Big Mac. 😆

Ya because nobody could ever be big 🙄

Yall must be some tiny ass dudes to think 250 is big and unattainable 🙄

All of you too scared to put up your picture once in awhile and too scared to describe yourself.
Probably a bunch of tiny ugly old men. 😉

Have you ever considered anger management?

I know one guy on here who 6'6" and 235 which is just where he should be.

So, he could call you a short fat butt if he wished I guess, only he isn't like that to put others down.

@Very-Rusty

You obsess over some ridiculous medical chart that was written 100 years ago.
People can be big and strong and heavy and still healthy.
Your precious chart says I should be 6ft and 180 lbs.
That is ridiculously skinny.
Almost comical.
People who workout and actually have muscle never fit into your precious medical chart 🙄

BMI (body mass index), which is based on the height and weight of a person, is an inaccurate measure of body fat content and does not take into account muscle mass, bone density, overall body composition, and racial and sex differences, say researchers from the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.Aug 25, 2013

It is the proper weight you should be at. Argue with FACTS all you want. Will not change anything. You are not an athlete who trains are you?

@Very-Rusty

I train for arm wrestling.
I have for over 10 years.
Prison workouts mostly.
Obviously I am going to have mass.

That BMI chart is for people who don't workout for strength and power.

Have you heard of a hockey player called Sidney Crosby?

He considered to be overweight if you go by the scale but he is in top physical condition and plays in the NHL. Growing up he lived not far from me, he comes home in the summers and I've seen him several times and he doesn't appear over weight to me.

Do you appear to be overweight?

@Very-Rusty

Not at all.

Everything is in proportion. I'm just a bigger version.
I'm not a muscle freak or anything.
I'm just big. Canada has a lot of guys like me.
Especially Northern Ontario.

Well I hope you don't run into trouble as you get older and can't work out as much anymore. Any muscle you've acquired will turn into fat and will be hard as hell to get rid of. I've been fortunate to maintain my same weight for years, but have to be careful what I eat and that I get my proper exercise. I was very much into sports up until around the age of 37. Hockey and baseball mainly, but played other sports, boxed in my teens and early 20's, like you drank too much and too many fights.

I am considered an old man now I guess, but gained a reputation over the years. People don't bother me. I would have to end a fight in under a minute if it came to that.

I wish.

The best arm wrestlers do have freakish forearms. 🤔
