Once you join a clan, what is the average amount of games you are given?

And, what is a typical time limit on those games?

That's all on how you can arrange it with the Clan Leader of that Clan.

EDIT: Maybe you should have a game with the Clan Leader of the Clan(s) of your choice first to find that out. 😉

It varies from clan to clan. If i were you, i'd declare how many games i want from my clan to the leader, it will then be a good marker when you see how many you recieve.
