You can doubt all you want. I can't be held responsible for your thoughts.
And if it's so evil, why let your child watch it?

As for the rest.
I don't let my child watch it. In fact, I don't let my in-laws watch it when they are in my house.
I'm all but certain that I've heard the term "Dirty Mexican" on Fox. Now, it probably wasn't used in a headline as in "Dirty Mexicans are sneaking across the border." I'm sure it was more subtle than that. It was more likely used in a quote or by an "expert" who said something like "This isn't about keeping the 'Dirty Mexicans' from sneaking across the border, this is about protecting our country and our children from terrorists."
There are plenty of things to hate about Fox news and I wouldn't need to read through pages of transcripts looking for quotes.

I would expect a lawyer to know that is not a legally precise way of defining the two.
Unless the law is totally different in America.
I believe that my definition was more than adequate for the purpose.
If you have a point, make it.
Also, let me say, I never practiced in this area of law. So, no, I am not an expert.

That is a very interesting point. Tolerate, but not condone? Educate, but not punish?
This is a tough area.
